Click below to determine mediation availability and to schedule online. All mediations will be conducted remotely using the Zoom platform. Half day morning mediations begin at 9:30 a.m. and half day afternoon mediations begin at 2:00 p.m. with three hours reserved for each and a two hour minimum fee. Full Day mediations will begin at 10 a.m. with eight hours reserved and a four hour minimum fee. 

Mediation Rates are as follows: $350/hour for two party mediations. $375/hour for three party mediations. $400/hour for four party mediations. Hourly fees are to be apportioned equally among the parties unless otherwise stipulated to by the parties. There is a two (2) hour minimum charge at the base hourly rate for cases reserved for half-day. Cases reserved for full day will be subject to a four (4) hour minimum charge at the base hourly rate. Time spent over the minimum billing amount will be billed in increments of 0.1 (6 minutes). Multiple parties with the same attorney will be considered one party for purposes of billing. There is no scheduling or administrative fees.
